I booked a Studio Suite Non-Lakeview room for myself and my 2 young children. It included a king bed and a made-up sofa bed for no additional charge. The kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and small fridge helped to reduce the need to eat out for all meals. The bath was also welcome! The washer/dryer was also very handy. The pool wasn't heated, so restricted swimming during winter. Parking was also a bit restricted, with the need to use the overflow carpark across the road. But not a major drama. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet and accessible.

Great customer service, staff gave me good recommendations on dining options as well aa transport tips. Room is clean with comfy bed. Only thing i didn't note/check while booking is the hotel charges $15 overnight parking per day. That being said, their underground parking is good, also saw EV charger available. Overall a pleasant stay for us!

Everything was great - the staff were the best asset of the hotel as was the included breakfast - that was fabulous. The rooms were large and the parking was easy. The only thing was the cost of the meals in the restaurant - very expensive - BUT - that seems to be Queenstown overall.

Average and expect many coach tour overnighters!
Be prepared for many coaches and check in and check out area to be busy. Breakfast was like a average 3 star hotel. No imagination. Awful.coffee from.machine. at over ,309 dollars a night one would expect at least a proper coffee Not very good really. Room chosen was fine but not not cheap. Dinner was ok but they forgot the ordered vegetables. Was not even busy. Luck.lustee and obviously relies heavily on busy tours and conferences. If visiting again we would.choise a different hotel and one also slightly closer to town.

Easy parking available and just outside of the town centre and is walkable but bus or car access was easy. Property is looking a bit dated so an upgrade would definitely lift the place up. Swimming pool isn’t covered or heated and gym equipment was quite old. Apart from those negatives, the staff were very professional and would recommend this hotel for a cheap place to stay.
