The hotel is very beautiful, with lovely surroundings and a great landscape. The service and staff attention were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, very complete and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. As a point for improvement, the room cleaning could be better, especially regarding dust. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we really enjoyed the experience

Spectacular views perched on the slopes of Fernhill. Ewa at reception was welcoming and helpful. Spacious room with private balcony . Enjoyed the outdoor pool and adjacent hot tub. Bathrooms are functional, but dated. Water pressure was superb.

Room is getting a bit dated but well kept. Pool was a bit cold as it was not heated but having one is very much appreciated. Hot tub, Sauna and gym facilities are nice additions. Reception was quick, courteous, and accommodating. The on site restaurant had a good breakfast buffet spread . We also ate there for dinner and had wonderful meals.

The room was great. Spacious and had what we needed. The kitchenette was an added bonus. The view from the room was beautiful and lovely to use the deck in the evening. It's a bit of a walk up and down a steep hill to town but otherwise a lovely walk to the city.
