I stayed at this property because I was attended a conference that was held here, I wouldn't have normally stayed here even know I know it is really nice but because I thought it was to far from town... I went for my morning walk/run and was surprised that it did not take me long to get to town or the gardens at all. 10 out 10 will definitely stay again

The studio room with a view had everything needed for a couple and the bed was comfortable. Close enough to walk to town but coming back there is a climb up the hill. Theres a great fish n chip shop just up the road.

2nd time staying here. Overall had a great stay. Spa and Sauna was great as always. Room needs some refurbishing. Always had moisture on the window. Needs some air circulation. My first morning for breakfast I had to wait more than half an hour to get my coffee. And when it did arrive they gave me a wrong type. Breakfast was average too. Overall happy with the stay.

The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom area was nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was very outdated. Cracks in the tiles above the shower and very small towels. For a high end Hotel i eas expecting more

The price for the accommodation on expedia.com was in USD, even though the prices were set in NZD in the settings. We only found out that the price was in USD when paying for the accommodation.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! Looks exaclty like the photos! Infront of a bus stop perfect to go into town only a few stops and bus also takes you to the airport. Lovely restaurant at the hotel and a nice spa :)) will be back again!
