We stayed in a ground floor room. Unfortunately we could hear everystep the people above us made, which made for a vert noisey stay. Other than that it was excellent. I would not stay again if we had to havd a ground floor room

Excellent Stay

This was such a nice place to stay in National Park! We were a group of 3 and very cozy. The place was clean and in a great location with a comparably cheaper shuttle to and from the Tongariro Crossing! Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Cozy and convenient

The Park Hotel in National Park was well located, cozy stay for the two of us. The bathroom was very compact but well appointed. It was handy to have a small fridge and easy to make hot drinks. We also had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the view across to the mountains. Service was excellent from check in, dinner service and check out. Would stay again
