Loved the view of the lake and mountains from our room. Did not like the very pathetic excuse for a shower!

Beautiful renovation room. And good cleaning. Unfortunately I couldn’t use Restaurant is still middle of renovation. But, I want to try to next visit.

Location was excellent. Found the room warm and the bed comfortable. We struggled to find the office to check in. Signage was minimal and we had to ask if we were in the right place Our check in time was 2pm. When we arrived at 2pm our room wasn't ready, so we were transferred to a room that was ready. Parking was difficult as the cleaners were using carparks to pile the dirty laundry bags. The room was well set out however the bathroom door wouldnt close properly or lock. Also a few hairs in the bath and on the walls.
