It is christmas season holiday, we organized and booking 3 adult and 2 kid holiday room.in August 2025 , booking including 2 people free breakfast . everything is smooth and normal and under schedule before we arrive hotel,
the room can only have 2 double bed, receiptionist tell us we need to reconfirm before we arrive. and because we have 2 kid in group, 2 double bed is enough for 5 person. and 2 free breakfast is for kids not for adult, we think everything is upside down and not the same as describe in website. the receiptist threaten us if we not happy, we can cancel booking at 12:00 am , with no other option , we check in for 7 days stay, during 7 days stay, nobody fix the issue regarding no enough bed for sleep for 5. so one person have sleep in floor with sleeping bed . It is terrible feeling
Queentown' scenery is so stunning on the other side, Holiday inn ' staff is so unreliable and mess management.
the parking is very limited and unconvenient.
the bedroom picture show here is much different from real room.
what is disappoint this terrible 7 nights stay in this holiday inn
I strongly suggest everybody open your eyes before you make booking.
