We had to ask to change rooms, as the noise from the neighbours was significant. A new room was allocated and the comment passed that it was an"upgrade".(not that we wanted or needed one). It turns out , the room was tiny in comparison. People moved into the room next door with a baby and the noise for the next 2 nights was terrible.( not the babies fault). The adjoining cupboard, has no insulation hence the noise levels. The internet capacity & speed was woeful. 2 of the 3 nights, i had parking infringement notices on the vehicle, after having provided the parking bay number as requested. The staff were friendly, had no issues with their performance, but the stay was less than memorable due to the items mentioned above.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very well appointed, clean and in good condition but noisy the adjoining doors are not soundproofed. We asked to move 2 hours after arriving and the staff were very obliging but we encountered a similar noise problem in our second room. Apart from that we had a very nice stay and the staff were excellent.

This is a great position with wonderful views. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to walk to.
