I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.I am sorry that the bed was not to your liking. All of our beds have a mattress topper for extra comfort. In the 18 months prior to lockdown we replaced the majority of mattresses and ensembles in the rooms and the room you stayed in has one of the newer beds with a manufacturer date of Dec 2018. I understand your frustration as I know the importance of a good nights sleep especially in a hotel and I'm sorry that the comfort of the mattress meant that you did not have this.We do have rooms that are shower only with no bath please feel free to request one of these rooms for a future stay.
