This was clean but very old. My door to outside kept opening in the night because it wouldn’t latch. The bathroom is very old and needs a revamp. Cobwebs and dirty windows. For $360 a night it’s not worth it.

Bad customer service

The cleaning team left a dirty rug in our bathroom on top of our cleaning items. When we complained we didn't hear anything else about it. There was also music in the courtyard playing until 10.30 pm loudly.

Tourist trap this is a 2 star motel All dirty, old. Dust mites, Restrooms and showers with stains. Stay at other place which is really a 4 or 5 star for same price as this

Awesome staff, buffet breakfast was amazing. The housekeeping staff do a fantastic job. The location was fantastic. Hated the shower curtain in the bathroom. Barstaff were amazing, and had the convenience of walking out of our room to sit in the lovely tree/rose lined grassy area. It was handy to the lakefront and bars/restaurants. Could walk to most places. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is very friendly, great location, breakfast buffet was delicious, and there is laundry easily accessible. What are my complaints? First, the door of the bathroom is a nightmare. While pretty to look at, the see-thru doors allow the room to light up at night when used. My husband and I would wake each other up whenever we visited it. And, as boomers, we can each visit a couple times a night. Second, we decided we wanted to just order some food at the restaurant to take to our room. We went to restaurant and were told to call for room service or to order at bar. We decided to order from room. Went to room, called restaurant, then bar, then the front desk because no one answered at any number. Then we had to go back to bar to order in person and told to wait for food delivery in room. Kind of a pain.
