The room has problem with the shower door and the bathroom entry door and the sink with the mirror in between is the problem as we can not wash our face properly as water falls on clothes and we complain it to the staff for that as well. Thanks

It was necessary to go up and down stairs to reach the room, as well as the breakfast room. The toilet in the bathroom would not flush. The lights outside the room which the blinds did not cut out made it difficult to sleep. Also the bed mattresses were quite thin. The double bed was narrow so I used the spare bed. It was not possible to see tvnz1 or tvnz2 on the television. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to park outside the accommodation.

When you stay somewhere atleast it should be good enough to sleep at night but Its not, its very noisy during sleeping hours. If you are given the lower floor you will hear every foot step of people staying at the floor above. Will not book again!
