The motel was newly renovated. It’s much better than before. The location is handy and quiet, with a short walk to the lake side. The only downside is the hot water supplied was died out entering night starting from 10pm. It’s a bizarre situation during the winter.

Ten minute walk to downtown city area of Queenstown so it was convenient but it’s a steep hill back to the accommodation - we had a ground floor unit so no mountain view. Rooms were warm and bathroom adequate. Overall adequate for a one-night stay.
