Whilst the property advertises parking, it should be noted the configuration is extremely poor i.e. one vehicle parked in front of another with no alternative exit for the car in front. As this results on the risk of the vehicle being trapped, I observed guests parking across both spots to prevent this. As such, there were often no designated parks available for us upon returning to the hotel each evening.

The team went above and beyond for our family while visiting. Which included making accommodations for one of our children without even asking. A trip which I was dreading about sleeping arrangements was a breeze and felt like a home away from home. We cannot thank you all enough 🙏❤️

Was very disappointed in my stay here, I had alerted Southern Cross directly how late I would be arriving. The carpark area is completely dark on arrival on your own, and quite difficult. The room was freezing on arrival, and could get the heater to work, eventually got through to the office desk. Who suggested I wasn’t turning on correctly. They did them come and agreed it was broken, they came back with a further broken heater, which made me so nervous, I would only turn on whilst in the room. Overall, reception staff friendly, but not a hotel like you would expect.

Our room was well-priced, but the bathroom fan didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be - some mould in shower seals, stray hairs from previous guests etc. The room is quite noisy - corridor noise travels right through doors and better soundproofing would help a lot. We were by the elevator and it was noisy all night. Staff were excellent and helpful, and beds were comfortable with great linen. Great location and easy parking.

Great place to stay. Road works outside at night were very noisy the 1st night of our stay but the very helpfull staff were quick to rectify that the next morning and moved us to a quieter room which was great on their part. Good resturants and bars close by and in the hotel complex. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
