I arrived late after hours and didn't know my way around. I found where the dormitory rooms were located by using the fire plan, then thankfully saw a half rubbed out number on the card corner just before I randomly started scanning the door locks with the key card. Motel was good otherwise

All the staff were so wonderful helpful, obliging, happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was spotless and I’d love the same room when I go back. Spacious. Close to shops, clubs and even an indoor swimming pool. Thank you for a fabulous stay 👏👏👏👏

Harbour Motel is always exceptional - the staff were wonderful, even in the teeth of an extraordinary heatwave! Room was perfect, everything worked fine, and it was clean throughout. The central location is great but quiet and relaxing, and sometimes this means motels don't try so hard. That is not the case here, it is always lovely to go back!

No instruction given on our arrival regarding the self locking door in unit. I experienced anxiety until my husband saw the direction in its use covered up by a curtail. Awful loud noise disturbance from the above unit Spa when in use. 9.30pm. I spoke to lady on duty who indicated to me she knew of the Spa noise. I suggested unit should never have been rented out to us without notifying us so that we could make an informed decision. Also no Wi Fi currently available even though it is advertised both on website & motel roadside signage. Room was clean & comfortable & suited our needs
