We checked in on Friday, within a few hours by the pool, we were asked to evacuate so they could clean the pool, we were told this would take 4 hours. On Saturday, there was a power outage and told it wouldn’t be back for a few hours, so we checked out and came home. Not the best experience. Pool doesn’t have enough lounges to cater for the hotel capacity.

Everything was great. Venue, staff, cleanliness all great. My only negative was with the room. There were amazing balcony rooms but I didn’t realise I booked a room with no window. It did have a sliding door that opened to a weird enclosed concrete courtyard covered over. It was under the carpark and smelt so had it closed. Out of the front door we walked into a corridor that gave cruise ship vibes. Also the room lacked places to put our stuff and nowhere to hang wet clothes and towels after swimming. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Also the pool was too crowded but it was peak holiday times

Balcony opened to carpark. Had to turn on shower at entry into shower not directly at the tap. No door for shower. No air-conditioning in the room, had to ask 3 times for a fan.No offer for room upgrade. We were there for a family wedding. Very expensive but poor service and poor quality

The hotel room, room-service food, and facilities were nice but the AC was ineffective and there was a foul sewage like smell likely not the fault of the hotel as it could be smelt down the street at Coles as well. Combined, these things contributed to a bit of an unpleasant experience.

The lake was beautiful and the room was nice. There was however no where nice to have dinner in the area. We had to drive to get to restaurants. There is a restaurant at the hotel but it was more like a pub and always really noisy and chaotic. The pool area was nice but while we were there, there were a lot of kids jumping and playing, which is normally nice, but we couldn’t enjoy the pool area.

The room is always nice and clean. We love the room we stayed with balcony overlooking the lakes. The pool is so inviting specially at night because of the blue color of the light. Hopefully to visit it again someday. From Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The only downside was the parking — it can be a bit tricky, as spots are sometimes taken by bistro visitors who aren’t staying at the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was smooth and enjoyable.
