Staff was amazing. Water machine broke the day we got there and the hotel only offered sink water. AC was very hot in the room so we had to open a window. Also took a while to get hot water, but like I said.. staff was VERY NICE

I’d call this, An oldy Worldy hotel Room was clean enough, could do with extra towels (given on request), room was ok, could definitely do with an upgrade but was suitable for what we needed, lovely bar area and reception - staff were great. A few mins from Union square itself and Powel station

Very small room. No ability to control temperature. No functional Internet service on the 7th floor (totally unacceptable). Only one elevator thus constantly fighting with the cleaning crew for access. Staff generally nice and property kept reasonably clean. However, for the same price, there are many other much better hotels in the area. Will not come back.

We love the hotel and it had become our "go-to" for several stays per year; but this time we were not able to travel due to illness. Our request to cancel, made a full 4 days ahead, was denied. We'll need to start looking for a new go-to hotel, which is sad.
