"Cheap- but clean!"
It is what it is, a cheap motel, with old dated decor. But, everything was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Friendly staff and sauna also.

Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park - Rotorua Hotels

Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park

463 Old Taupo Road (South End), Rotorua - Map
"Great pools"
We stayed in a cabin right next to the busy road, trucks shook the cabin all night. The linen and cabin very clean. Very old, foam mattresses very old and felt like you were lying on the hard base. The more modern cabins looked much nicer. But hey you get what you pay for only $100 for 5 people.

"Nice view, quiet area, poor gym."
We had a pleasant and comfy stay, nice lake, nice place for holiday, but the wall soundproof is not good, the gym facilities don't work. Besides that, overall nice stay!

Gwendoline Court Motor Lodge

Cnr. Fenton & Gwendoline Streets, Rotorua - Map
"Nice family motel. Very clean and comfortable."
We found the Gwendoline Court Motel to be excellent value for money- especially for a family on a budget. The room, including large kitchen and private spa was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and roomy. We have stayed at several motels in Rotorua in the past but would definitely recommend this motel to anyone-especially families!
