Millennium Hotel Rotorua

From the time we checked in, till checkout, we were made to feel welcome. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and always had a friendly smile. The room we booked was tidy and spacious, meeting the needs of two adults and a child. The indoor pool was a big hit for our daughter. Breakfast was good and a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again when staying in Rotorua.

"Better than I expected, and at a great price!"
I unexpectedly stayed mostly due to a great rate. The room was comfortable and large, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The linen was fresh and good quality. The bathroom was a bit dated and some wear and tear. However, it was clean. There was a kitchenette but not useful if there isn't accessories, such as a toaster etc. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

"Close to the City"
The reception we received on arrival and throughout our stay from all of the staff was warm and welcoming. Anything we required was never an issue and the team offered suggestions of places to visit and eat during our stay.....the rooms were large, extremely homely and clean - and the water pressure in the showers were awesome! 2-3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Eat Street and the City, Fruit Shop and Service Station across the road if a late night or early morning snack was required.....definitely be going back.
