Our family stayed in their 4 bedroom villa. It's a very unique African theme decor. Very clean and great kitchen set up. Own 2 car-garaging. All the heating and lights ready for us to check in. Their staff stayed behind to serve us our pre-ordered dinner at 21:00. Food was 6-star. Service was beyond excellence. All staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

The view is stunning and the property had a lot of history. The accommodation was warm and well furnished and it was lovely to have a spa pool in winter. The bed was a king not a double as stated on website which was a nice upgrade. The accommodation had a nicely appointed kitchenette and a few delicious treats to enjoy. The only downside was that we could hear the guests in the apartment above till after midnight! So the soundproof on the floors was not effective. Overall we had a wonderful stay and recommend this property and staff.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay with us. We are glad that you enjoyed the property. I agree a spa pool in the winter is just the best as too is the spa bath in the bathroom. I am sorry that you had disturbance from the room above. I have checked the reservation and it seems we did have a family group upstairs at the same time as you. We have not ever received a noise complaint before, so I am sorry that they disturbed you on this occasion.

We offer a set menu consisting of Pre-dinner drinks, canapes followed by a 4 course gourmet dinner, a typical lodge style dining. It has a set price yes, but if you price the dishes individually we are no more expensive than anywhere else. This is a dining experience that is not rushed, but served in a very timely manner. Guests that feel the service should be a bit quicker, please speak up on the night and we would be more than happy to speed it up a little for you.
