Hotel old and dirty. Discourteous overweight rude reception guy. No coffee left in room. Requested a room with a view. didn’t get it. A/C very noisy. We were booked in for 2 nights but one was more than enough.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. The heated pool was a lot hotter than I expected which was fantastic after a day of riding. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is a bit dated and shower head could do with replacing but overall it was functional. Buffet dinner and breakfast was fantastic especially with kids. The food and quality options was fantastic. I highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is well located next to one of the geothermal attractions. Staff was extremely helpful and kind and room was ready before check-in time, what was a blessing. Beds were comfortable and wifi was great.

The shower/bath was very dirty, it was possible to wipe dirt off the fittings and it the bathroom smelt.We did advise reception on the first day, but they could not move us and no further cleaning was carried out. We switched rooms 3x as the first two rooms were very dirty, glassware had been used, dirt and grime on surfaces, hairs stuck in the fridge and in bedding. The third room was a deluxe room which was better, but there was still bits of previous guests trash behind the bin and hair on the pillow

Rooms need a refresher. They are tired and dated. My plastic bath mat for the bathtub was moldy! Beds were comfortable, service was great! … We were in the middle of someone else’s family reunion so doors slammed on two sides of us until after midnight. No sleep for us. Reservations should think about stuff like that!
