Property overall was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Short walk to supermarkets and shopping area and 15mins to city centre. Check-in was quite a cumbersome process, having to fill in additional forms and pay the security deposit electronically, which took an extra 10-15mins.

There was no kitchenette/sink, the duvet and sheets had stains on them, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it had yellow stains by the drain and mold where the soap and shampoo sit. The sink in the bathroom had the same yellow stains and limescale on the faucet. The shower leaked during and after a shower and the water went cold when someone in a neighbouring room used their shower or sink. We were under the impression that we would have our room cleaned daily like most hotels but our room wasn’t touched for the 4 days that we stayed. We were not informed that you had to request daily housekeeping which I think is a bit stupid. We probably won’t come back here again and I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially since the pictures advertised looked much nicer than what we actually stayed in.

We stayed for 4 nights, room was great, nice and warm on arrival and beds were comfy and looked fresh (we slept in top with our own blankets). Staff were nice, property close to Town, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Sports Fields where we had our Tournament. No daily housekeeping as advertised (we were told every 3 days and if we needed new towels to ask at reception). Maybe bigger or more milk if large groups or more then 4 people are staying. No Microwave or Toaster No Plates, Cereal Bowls or Cutlery Wi-Fi - Average Car Parking - People kept parking in our park (after going to reception after the first time, I ended up parking outside our room on the bottom floor).

Business trip. Couldn’t get the room to a good temperature, was overheated. No kitchenette, fridge was just on the floor and so noisy I unplugged it to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Good location close to shops. Property itself needs upgrading no pool no restaurant little disappointed about that. Room was good just not much options on tv no movie channels.
