The modern beech dining suite and large windows set the theme to take in most of the park and filtered water views and provides the open spacious feel that unit 49 offers.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could dream off including a dishwasher, microwave, Aldi espresso coffee machine and a full-size family fridge. The internal laundry is located off the kitchen and it provides a washing machine, dryer and complete ironing facilities. There is also a high chair for the young ones.
Three large bedrooms all with carpet, built in robes, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans with the main bedroom also having a TV/ DVD player and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The modern main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, vanity area plus there is a separate toilet.
Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court with night lights (bring your own racquet and balls), a communal indoor spa and ping pond table (bring your own bats/ balls), An easy 200 mtr walk on the paved walkway and across the road and you are at Little Beach which has nice calm waters, perfect for children to swim or paddle board, a fantastic children's playground area, picnic area, toilet amenities , free BBQ facilities, restaurant, bar and the boat ramp.
If you fancy more of a beach theme with waves then Shoal Bay beach is a nice 600 metre walk away, Wests Diggers Club is right near you as well, Bay Parklands is very well located, two car spaces are available with one being in the undercover secure carpark and the other being in the open carpark, so park the car and walk to all attractions cause everything is literally at your fingertips.

Like: location is perfect for families with young kids in a safe park-like complex.
Dislike: having to bring dish washing & laundry liquids & powders, bath mats & kitchen towels. Supplies of these types should not cost more than a few dollars but saves a lot of hassle.

Clean well equipped apartment. Suited 4 adults plus 4 children. Quick easy access to beach, and 5 minute drive to town centre.
