Three bedroom unit on the second floor with air conditioning in the living area and Smart TV, this unit has been set up to cater for couples or families. Imagine sitting back on the balcony and gazing at the water views of Little Beach whilst cooking up a feast on the gas BBQ and taking in the serenity of the parklands and birdlife.
Spacious and tastefully furnished, three bedrooms all having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom having two king single beds. The bathroom is designed as a three way design giving you a separate room for the shower and bath, toilet and vanity areas, makes holidays easy living.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. The bonus of having your own internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer is a huge benefit. The unit provides 2 car spaces , one being secure undercover and one being open roof top, there is also a complex pool, spa, tennis court and loads of room for children to play as Bay Parklands is located on 5 acres.
We wish to advise that the Bay Parklands complex will be having some work done on the Tristania Block from the 28th of April until the 4th of July. There will be workman onsite with some work-related noise during this time.
The charging of any electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this Unit.
