Welcome to our little piece of paradise at Napili Bay #210. This studio unit provides you with the comforts of home while being located right on wonderful Napili Bay Beach. It has a galley style kitchen, full bathroom, living area that sleeps up to 2 guests and terrific views of Napili Bay from the lanai. The condo is open-air and does not have air conditioning. Two ceiling fans and two portable fans are provided.

The kitchen offers everything you would need to cook a meal. A full refrigerator, stove, and microwave are available as well as all the cooking utensils you would possibly need. The unit has granite counters to aid in the preparation of your meal. The unit offers a toaster, blender, coffee maker and more. If you want to grill, use our barbecue gas grills located in the common area of the property.

The bathroom offers you a changing area along with a walk-in tiled shower with stationary glass splash. The turtle accent tiles will add to your vacation after a nice day at the beach. All linens and towels are provided during your stay. We even provide you with beach towels. Ironing is usually not on the vacation agenda, but an iron and ironing board are available in the unit if needed. Two coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the common area for your laundry needs.

The living area is beautifully decorated in tropical fabrics and artwork that gives you the 'aloha' feeling as you enter. The king size bed has a new plush mattress along with new linens. Enjoy the new 44" flat panel television along with a DVD player. The indoor and outdoor tables and chairs each seat two people.

The lanai boasts wonderful views of Napili Bay. Sit on the lanai with your laptop and enjoy free wireless high speed internet service (200Mbps). The unit also has free long-distance telephone to the mainland. If you are able to visit January through March, you will likely see whales swimming along the channel. Grab a pair of our binoculars and enjoy the view! You will see honu sea turtles year around. They are such a delight!

Take your beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and even a cooler to the beach. You are really only 65 plus steps from the condo but the cooler prevents you from leaving our wonderful beach. The beach is wonderful for snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, or just floating on a raft. Napili Bay is our favorite place to be, and we are sure it will be yours as well. Come be our guest in this perfect studio unit on Napili Bay Beach. We think you will find it delightful.

Lovely little get away

Location, Location, Location. It was lovely to stay at this old style, beach front location. Property only has 33 units and is well kept. The unit itself has an off front but lovely and peaceful view where the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed is fabulous. Lots of fans available to help with the trade winds and keep you comfortable. Vintage styling. Hosts were lovely and accommodating. Really superior with communication and suggestions. We were in need of a quick get away and found it just fabulous and just what the doctor ordered. Easy walking distance to resorts and dining.

Fantastic location!

This condo is exactly as advertised...you have a great view of Napili Bay from the little lanai...it is right on the corner, so not ocean FRONT, but still plenty of view to enjoy! All the beach supplies you could need, which is great, since you only need to go down one flight of stairs and through the locked gate to be on this awesome beach. Highly recommended - Enjoy!!

I love Napili Bay condos - tucked away, beach just feet away, view of the sunset, Molokai and whales cavorting, birds singing….absolutely loved it and will come again. I swam the bay everyday and loved the turtles and gorgeous fish.

Great View and Beach Access

Great view and easy access to the picturesque Napili Bay beach. If you want to relax on the beach and swim/play in a beautiful reef protected bay, this is the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Sunsets

Very comfortable suite with a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. The beach is only steps away and a great place to snorkel. Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic location

This room has everything we needed! Beach equipment, cooler, games, binoculars, you name it. We loved walking to great locations to eat, watching whales from the balcony, and the easy access to the beach! Hope we get a chance to come back.

Nice little condo

This is a nice property. It is small. Good use of space but it’s a bit tight for my husband myself. The location is right on the beach. You sleep with waves and that’s lovely. No AC was not a problem but in hotter months it could be. Lanai is full sun in afternoon so not usable until sun is low. Liked it but didn’t love it.

Stayed at Napili Bay for 2 weeks for family time. The complex was great with being on the beach, grills and dining tables outside and a laundry facility. This was our first time staying in this unit and it was an enjoyable experience. Any situation that arose was handled promptly. The owners are very caring and want their guests to have a great time. Definitely will be staying here again.

This was a great place for my husband and I. The view and access to the beach was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and to cook a few meals. wonderful location

we loved the location of this property. we enjoyed snorkeling in the bay and saw lots of beautiful fish. The check in process was easy. I loved having coffee on the lanai. we would definitely stay again on a future trip to Maui. I already miss it.

Perfect Getaway

My sister and I stayed at Napili Bay 210 for her 50th birthday. The condo was immaculate, extremely well stocked, and in a perfect location that allowed us easy access to Napili Cove. It is located within walking distance of Kapalua as well as several shops and eateries. Wendy was a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond, decorating for my sister's birthday and leaving a sash, crown and champagne. We loved staying at this location and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Maui. Mahalo, Wendy and Richard, for such a wonderful stay!

Best location, best management and owner

This was our 6th consecutive year staying in Napili and this is the overall best complex and unit we’ve stayed in. Booked exact unit next year as well. Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away.

The perfect location combination

Loved this little unit. Immaculate and comfy. Great view from the lanai of the ocean, rocks, whales, Moloka'i moon sets and sun rises. Far enough away from the beach to no be woken up by the early birds. Several meal locations within walking distance and a Supermarket 5 minutes away. Great Hosts.
