AC does not operate unless Balcony Door is both closed and latched. We spent a night without AC until we discovered the solution. We should have been told, rather than relying on language buried in lots of pages provided at check in. Guest toilet partially clogged. No spread or comforter on Master Bed. Lots of oversights from our perspective.

We had the best sunsets from our ocean view balcony. It was nice to have a little beach in front of the hotel & uncrowded. The property was really clean & the landscaping was beautifully kept. It was nice that they had local vendors come into the hotel once a week with local crafts & art.

Good location in West Maui-close to everything. Nice amenities for all ages and a quiet beach. Grocery store nearby very helpful. Kitchen poorly equipped for cooking. We found staying in the main building very noisy(loud birds and guests) - our stay last year in one of the outer buildings quieter and more enjoyable. Housekeeping service below average and staff not terribly friendly. Restaurant had good food, reasonable prices and a great view. Overall a good resort.

Front desk staff very nice and informative. The room was outdated, few stains on the sheets, and the kitchen sink smelled. Walls are thin. Nice having a washer/dryer/kitchen. Ocean view highly recommended. $10.95 daily parking rate and $25 daily resort fee RIDICULOUS. There’s no room service or valet. The pools are nice and clean, one cold, one warm. The location is great, food trucks right out front and a shopping center across the street.

Overall very good experience at this location. The building and rooms are DATED but if you can look past that it was a good experience and VALUE for the location and the amenities. We stayed with our family of 4 (2 teenagers) and were comfortable in a 1 bedroom suite. We loved having a FULL kitchen with ice making fridge and a washer/dryer! This location has a great walking score to amenities and groceries. Looking for the BEST coffee, check out Bad Ass coffee a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Wonderful atmosphere and mostly friendly staff. The location is excellent, with a food truck park and grocery store within a 5-minute walk. The suites are a bit outdated, but they were very clean. We appreciated that we had our room upgraded upon arrival! We'd highly recommend this hotel and will return here in the future provided they keep their prices reasonable.

All apartments are very roomy. The 2 BR apartments are perfect for a family of 4. Tennis, pickle ball, free dvd rentals and 2 pools and lots of activities at the resort. Free use of the BBQ and the BBQ area. We liked also the easy access to the food truck festival that is open every day from 5-10pm and the supermarket and stores int he strip mall across the street. What we did not like was the added US$25 per day for resort fees and the US$10 per day for parking.
