Encontré cucarachas en la cosina, lo cual para mí fue muy asqueroso pues era la 6 noche y eso causó que ya mi estancia en resort no fuera placentero. Aunque les avisé y les mostré la evidencia solo me quitaron algunos de los cargos que me correspondían pagar. Ahora tengo que desinfectar toda mi ropa pues no se si me he traído alguna cuchara entre ella. No sé si me quedaré de nuevo en ese resort

Room was clean, the interior feels a bit outdated but everything works. Washer and dryer was really useful. The hot tub was near a bunch of flowers so watch out for any bee stings (especially if you're wearing floral pattern bathing suits).

The staff were excellent, and the ground are very well kept. The rooms on the other hand, not so much. Our ceiling fan didn’t work, the roaches in the kitchen were more than expected, as we understand that this is the tropics and bugs are expected. The main concern was how dirty the rooms were. Hair everywhere in the bathrooms, the ceiling dust was caked on and every surface that you touched left you dirty. This property really needs a refresh. We went into a private owned unit and it was vastly improved compared to the corporate Aston rooms. Pool was great, and nightly sunset was amazing. Please improve your cleaning and updating and I would be happy to recommend and return.

Had a lot of issues with random charges on my credit card, had to keep going to the desk, no free room cleaning even thought we stayed 13 days. I also had on my Expedia bill that I owed an environmental fee which was stated on my final receipt in CAD $ but I was charged in USD $.

Everything we needed was provided. If it wasn’t already in the room they had it at the front desk. (Blender, laundry/ dish soap ect.) Facility was well kept, pool is beautiful, great snorkeling right at the hotel.

The room was clean, hotel was nice enough and reflected the price point. Rooms were dated which is fine as they were clean. Restaurant on-site had a good enough menu but one morning service was slow and took half hr to get a refill. Pool by the ocean was good and nice to have the hottub nearby. Beach right in back of property is not suited to lay down on a water can come crashing in and a little rocky. Pickleball courts are a nice add on as was having stackable washer and dryer and full kitchen in the room. For the price, i would stay here again.
