Ok. Good - nice staff, across the board, but not hugely helpful. As an example, they told me the washing machine works, but not the drier. Rinse cycle on the washing machine clearly did not work, resulting in having to rinse all the clothes I washed by hand. If you have a vehicle, you will have no transportation issues. But taxis, Lyft and Uber cannot be relied on in the area and the resort is far from the airport. Building itself is older and rooms look it. Big rooms with full kitchen and nice balconies. Bathroom is ok, safe is sitting on a box in the closet. Not a bad place. Has a lot of regulars. But won't knock your socks off in any area.

Everything was awesome! This resort is right across the street from a grocery store and strip mall with a few restaurants too. The pool areas are great and the onsite restaurant "Beach Grill" was a nice way to kick off our vacation and also catch all the games during our stay. The front desk was very receptive to a few requests we had and also very friendly during our 9 night stay. We will definitely book this property again suring our next Maui vacation! I forgot to mention the ocean views were awesome here as well. We were able to watch several whales right from our balcony! Lastly, rent the snorkel gear directly from the resort. Much cheaper than the local rental outfits. Thank you!!!!

Property is not a hotel but condo owned and each room varies depending on condo owner. Ours was outdated and felt cheap for the room rate
