The surrounding scenery put together by the Westin made the resort a very beautiful place. All of the staff was very helpful, nice and on top of the dining when it came to service.

The hotel was great but the false advertisement about an ocean view, HORRIBLE. Got a crappy room in 2nd floor with a vew obstructed by palm trees in an old tower, when I showed the pictures of the view I was supposed to get, the hotel staff told me .. ahhh, no, that is in the new tower, if you want that view it is ~$1700 more. Aloha Aloha! HORRIBLE! There is a lot of resentment from the locals towards turist, beautiful island but not a very pleasant experience overall

Beach view was very nice. Views to pools also very nice. What was missing was the “hospitality”. Mostly felt self serve. Checkin did not offer luggage assistance. Lugged our own luggage. Nicest staff were the room cleaning ladies. Expected more hospitality at this resort. No luau on site due to a corporate group reserving areas. Adult pool closed at times due to corporate group reserving. Room service coffee is a paper bag with Starbucks cup. No carafe of coffee to savor on your ocean view balcony.
