Daily resort fee is exorbitant for what you offer! Your policy restricting visitors from sitting around the pool with the room guest without an outrageous fee is to much, a reasonable per person fee would be ok,

None of the staff was polite, nothing was on time, no upgrades available, housekeeping was rude every single day I stayed there for a week. I am pretty much had to beg for people to help us out the cabanas or at my room or at the front desk and nobody knew what was going on and nobody could even say hello and I was there for a week for my honeymoon.

Some aspects of the experience were disappointing. Several staff members were not helpful, a few interactions were rude, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The toilet paper holder was also broken.
