Nice location. Slides and pools for the kids. Duke’s restaurant is very good. We have stayed here twice and would stay again.

The villa set-up and amenities were amazing, however the loud garbage truck came every 1-2 mornings at 5:30am and made a lot of noise for 20mins each time. We loved being on the top story and the private balcony with sitting area and grill. We wished there was more seating near the main pools as the chairs were saved early and there wasn’t a lot of seating open to be able to watch the kids in the pool. The beach right out front is sandy and beautiful but there are a lot of large, shallow rocks, making it less appealing to swim or try water sports in. The grounds are very well kept with beautiful plants and waterfalls throughout and the cat colony was a highlight for our daughter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay aside from the garbage trucks so early in the mornings!

The room was nice a little older . The main issue was the room they said they upgraded us to was next to the elevator for the building next to us. So you would hear it all day and night going up and down . Then when we asked what the noise was they acted like they couldn't hear it and no one has ever said anything which I highly doubt because it was so loud . I normally don't like to comment negative reviews but for anyone else that might be on floor 8 room 842 just a heads up ask for a different room .

Mountain view was beautiful!! Room was perfect for our family. The grounds were spectacular at the hotel and we loved having Duke's so close. We got to snorkel at the beach right out front. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice view from the balcony, the room was clean. The resort offers free valet which was good. The only thing that was annoying was Pool chairs getting occupied very early in the morning.
