This is a Smoke Free Unit AND Complex.

This delightful getaway comfortably accommodates five guests within its two bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a Queen size bed and a ceiling fan and bedroom 2 has a single bunk and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The unit has a great living area with the comforts of a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, and DVD Player. A fresh renovated kitchen has complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge / freezer. Opening off the living area is the balcony with a leafy outlook, there is a small Weber BBQ provided.

Fingal Court 3 appeals not just with its location but also for its proximity to local attractions, offering the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Parking will not be a concern either with one off street car parking space, and additional street parking available nearby. The laundry is located externally from the unit off the courtyard, it provides a washing machine & dryer.
