"Great CBD location"
In the very heart of Sydney, unfortunately a bit noisey. The coffe and sandwiches at the bar were extortionately priced.

"Elegant and Comfortable"
Delightful stay in spacious twin room. Large marble bathroom with twin basins, shower and bath, plus separate toilet. Comfortable bed and pillows, a must when one is away from home. We dined pre theatre in the elegant dining room. A lovely menu, well presented and delicious. We valued the professionalism of the wait staff and were well looked after. This hotel us so ideally located, close to harbour, Opera House, ferries, botanical garden. Highly recommend.

We were happy with this basic hotel as it was close to the attractions that we were going to. Small rooms but they fit a lot in to them - all you could need. Bed was comfy. Basic hotel but that was all we needed.

My initial reaction was very positive when I arrived early and wanted to leave my bag - staff went out of their way to oblige. I had a problem with my key when I checked in... and again a senior staff member dropped everything to solve my problem. My room , while sparse was all I needed as I didn't come to Sydney to sit in a hotel room. The activity in the 1st floor bar was vibrant - with a trivia night in progress and everyone having a convivial time. I ordered a meal (open till 9.00pm). Great meal for a reasonable price. Good beer. My room had tea making facilities which I appreciate upon waking - shower well located and roomy. Continental breakfast (included in the tariff) was exactly what I needed to get me into the day when a substantial lunch was to follow later.

Loved the hotel & the staff service. However, the cost of parking at $70 a night is ludicrous. Other than that, a very nice hotel

My husband was climbing the Harbour Bridge and this hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to arrange secure parking and were within walking distance to many attractions. We were upgraded on arrival with full breakfast included.

"Good location. noisy outside rooms, hot inside one"
Great staff. Had no sleep the first night and cooked the second as air con didn't work properly. Also beware the stairs into the hotel. No wheelchair access and hard for older people or those with heavy bags.
