Do not stay here!!
This property needs urgent attention and is not fit for purpose.
We booked for five adults and two kids only to be told there were many people. So what?! It sleeps that many, and we booked, honestly. There is only cutlery and towels for six—champagne glasses for two.
The air conditioner does not work.
The fan in the bedroom does not work.
The cold water tap in the shower does not work.
The blinds are broken.
The shower leaks all over the floor and is dangerous.
Silicone and grates are black and mouldy.
Dirty flooring, and poor cleaning.
Old furniture in wardrobes.
The bedding was dirty and stained.
Laundry is a dumping point for broken white goods.
The furniture and appliances are dated and minimal (take your cassettes).
Carpets weren'tt vacuumed and stained with gum.
The dust on the furniture was disgusting.
We arrived after the first family and were given a second key, no questions asked.
Incredibly noisy on a busy road.
Needs urgent maintenance. We hated staying here, and if this is the last place available, sleep in your car.

We appreciate your review and are disappointed that you did not reach out to Management who were on-site all weekend during your visit. We certainly take each comment seriously and we have reviewed the items mentioned in your review and addressed any that needed our attention. Most of these items could have been easily shown to you to operate correctly. The laundry room mentioned has an operational washing machine and dryer free of charge to our guests and a second fridge for larger families to use. Thank you again and sorry that we did not meet your expectations in our beautiful three bedroom home on this visit.

A perfect location with great access to the beach. The only criticism I have is being woken up every morning by housekeeping. I like a sleep in on holidays and there was no Do Not Disturb sign to be found. And please do not open my door!

The staff were amazing, Ned’s were comfy and nice and close to lots of dining options.
There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. Event space at this motel measures 1006 square feet (94 square meters) and includes conference space. A terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and a garden are also featured at the business-friendly The Clan Terrigal. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
