Nice room. Issues with the elevators. Of three elevators only one worked. Ice machines broken on all floors but the 11th and 12th. You have to pay for valet parking. When checking in the front desk clerk was not welcoming. Very rude. Comfortable bed. Clean room.

Good expereince overall. Only issue is we had ordered a room that said sleeps 4 and there was only a king bed. I asked for a change, but the room wasn't available so we put a rollaway bed for my daughter. It worked but would have been much nicer if we got what we asked for.

Great stay, little pricey

Check in was great and hotel valet was very nice. For the size of the room (Jr. Suite) I was expecting a larger more modern bathroom, it was very small and compact. Hotel provided toiletries were very small, and we had to ask for more (3 day visit) with one teeny bottle of shampoo was not going to cut it. I was very dissatisfied that breakfast was $25 per person. While the food was good, it was the same every morning. I've stayed at cheaper hotels and had great breakfast that was included. Overall stay was great and food from the bar and restaurants were good.

Family trip

This hotel was just okay. The lobby area and hotel bar/restaurant in that are nice. The rooms however are in a major need of up grading. Our room was very damp feeling. We had mold in the bathroom. Killed 3 spiders in our room and we only were in it for under 24 hrs. The pool are is very small which is to be expected in a historical building but it was not very clean and maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly.
