I had some major issues with my stay including a malfunctioning elevator which caused me to have to use the stairs to get to my room. The side elevators were always full and slow to arrive so had to take 6 flights of stairs to get to my room. Also had to carry my luggage down 6 flights of stairs after waiting 15 minutes for the side elevated and kept coming by full. Very frustrating and the floor did not have an ice machine on it so had to take the stairs to get ice.
Also the room smelled very moldy/musty for some reason and the shower drain was clogged.
On our last day it rained and the bottom floor was blocked off with tape due to a water leak and flooding.
It was a very convenient location, but was expecting more at this price point.
Room was spotless and beds comfortable but too short for someone 6-3. Why hotels do not provide face cloths when they charge $700 a night is beyond me!
Biggest complaint the noise factor at night from the neighborhood. Second, the poor quality of the mirrors in the bathroom for make-up purposes.
The property itself is outdated but the rooms are clean ( at least my room was). The staff was nice and I appreciated the front desk agent granting me the 12pm checkout. I just wish there were more amenities available especially since they charge a destination fee (like all hotels nowadays but other properties have credits you can use towards snacks or some incentive attached to the extra charge). If you need anything (beverages or a snack) there’s a deli down the block. But I would have loved the convenience of a vending machine at least.
Spacious room with clean essentials. Pleasant staff and safe to walk in the surrounding area. Will stay again!

The room was updated (better than the last time I stayed). I appreciated the early check-in and luggage storage. Tea and coffee in the lobby is a nice amenity. The elevators are slow. You can't beat the location.
The room was freezing and there wasn’t a way to turn the heat up. Neither the front desk or the person they sent up had a clue. They also said they were going to follow up but that did not happen.

Clean room, very nice staff, great location, valet parking and parking garage.
Rooms were nice. Staff friendly. Lift is very slow, but it’s no big deal to use stairs if you’re able. There is a bar that’s accessible from the hotel, but closes early and there are lovely bars a few doors up.
Valet was a disaster. Despite giving 90min notice (which is asked for), after over 2 hrs car still didn’t arrive. 4 members of our party walked to the place where cars were kept, many blocks away with luggage. Didn’t make our reservation due to this delay. And had the nerve to say charge for valet was $92 which I will challenge if it is not been refunded!

Elevator situation was an issue. People were waiting up to 30 minutes for an elevator. There were clanging noises randomly through the night. There are few amenities. The location is very close to Times Square
