Good value (~$300 for a saturday night) for a Manhattan hotel with good location. Really liked the brown marble tile in the room and the ceiling design. Not the cleanest hotel ever, some spider webs and dust in the rooms, but overall not bad at all unless you are super picky. Would stay there again.

Behind the credenza that the tv was on it was dirty along the baseboard, a former room key was back there as was a kids card for a kpop star. We pulled it out because the tv didn't work so we plugged all of the tv cords in and it still didn't work. The blackout curtain was shredded on the edge. The knobs for the shower/bath were falling off. When mentiined to the staff that an elevator was not working an abrupt reaponse was given.

Hotel is old. Windows didn't close so it was cold at night. Lots of little things didn't work like the tv remote, door latch got stuck and water pressure was bad. Top that off with an extra $20 facilty fee per night that front desk couldn't explain its purpose. Look elsewhere.

This hotel is a great value. Unlike some other hotels in the area the rooms were large. Our room was clean, maid service was good and the view out the window on the 11th floor was fantastic.

Room and cleanliness were adequate as was the staff. Our air conditioner was very noisy but we were able to turn it off because of the cooler air temperature. Traffic noises and loud voices outdoors could be heard from our room.

Nice size clean room. Comfortable and enjoyable week long stay. Laundry facility was updated and easy to utilize. The only drawback was the family in the room nextdoor for two nights. The room connecting doors must be thin and it felt like the child and her parents were in our room, we could hear everything they said!! Not the same with other neoghbors. We would stay here again.

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We left a pair of Air Pods on the bed and staff wrapped them and placed them in Lost and Found after we checked out.

I searched and did my homework four days to find a hotel that would give us what we were looking for as far as comfort, pricing, and location. This Hotel appeared to fit all of the above, and there was a little on the higher side of what we wanted to pay, but the trade-off was location. We ask in advance for a lower level room because I am very claustrophobic with elevators Got there at 11:58 PM and was told sorry there's only one room and it's on the top floor 17 stories up the next day when I acquired about the possible change, I got the runaround and was told we would have to pack everything up put it in the luggage hold location and wait and see what could be done because they could not find any special mode for my reservation The room was decent size for what NYC offers, but they really dropped the ball in the quality of the bedding. Flat pillows, and a very thin blanket. I expected a lot more quality even a duvet would've been nice. The bed itself was comfortable, but the rest of it was very disappointing. The day we left one elevator was broken and the other one was stuck on the eighth floor, and we took the service elevator down because a nice gentleman who work there realized we were stuck on the 17th floor. I wish I could say Janet at the front desk was nice, but she was not. She berated me over how I should've handled it and that the elevators weren't broken. That one was just not working yet the 2nd one was stuck on the eighth floor. Her attitude - awful
