The room was clean, the staff were incredible (helped find my roommates wedding ring that he took off when exercising the morning of departure and inadvertently left it in the bathroom), check in process was great and smooth. There are a few downsides: the Sportsbook is pathetic and shouldn’t even be called one. It is two rows of four flimsy leather chairs with small TVs that typically are playing re runs. Additionally, each year the spa has extremely limited options for massages and the food is more limited than advertised. Also, like all casinos, the free drinks can be slow and the girls can be rude. Overall, I would 100% recommend this resort for a gambling get away weekend but it certainly is nothing luxurious. Great time always.

This was the first time that I stayed here it was for a special day for my husband‘s birthday and sadly I was very disappointment. The room was big (sadly the bed was small, had a 2 queen. Pillows were uncomfortable). It was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it smelled it did smell like it was bleach being used around OK cool but it wasn’t as clean as I thought it was disappointed in that there wasn’t no free coffee. The only ones will be in our room (had no creamer or sugar) bottled water in there was two dollars. It wasn’t free. They have a buffet, but for your hotel stayers, wouldn’t you want them to have at least free breakfast and coffee to keep staying plus it’s a casino. It should be at least complementary for them to get free breakfast everyone else yeah I know but damn. It sucks that we had to park in the parking garage and then walk all the way across to get into the area for us to get into our hotel room. It was very inconvenience. Had to get a luggage cart from inside, then had to bring it to the car to put stuff on it and bring it inside and also bring it back to them. It sucked there wasn’t that much stuff around the area some stuff we had to go far from depending on what it is. Overall nice they had a smoking room but very disappointed in not having key things that could get more ppl to stay more and better ways were ppl in the hotel part to be parked in a better area for easier access in.

What can I say? It’s a beautiful entertainment complex. It was a wonderful way to enjoy a winter holiday without ever having to go out in the cold and the food and the service on site is absolutely brilliant. Everybody so far that we’ve had to deal with is so nice and they are very invested in you having a wonderful day and a positive experience. Exceptionally affordable for what you get and just a wonderful amazing place to try out as a couple or as a family

The room was perfect and housekeeping great! The buffet and other eating options were over priced and limited options of what they offered. We checked in on Christmas Day and were given discounts for the buffet but the line was beyond long and we were too hungry and tired to wait. We ended just eating burgers from one of your other dining locations that were not great. Awful Holiday meal. Not what we had hoped for.

1st we asked for a king smoking was told we were in a double smoking but was changed to back to what we originally asked for… Wait, 20 minutes in the room we have someone walking with a working key stating it was there room. Wait, then husband takes shower tries the heat lamp and breaks apart in his hand… Then hotel tries to pay for our dinner a Three Sisters across from check in but lack of communication, they failed. Mind you this was off season what happens when it’s in season???
