LOVED this hotel - front desk staff was amazing. The hotel was clean, parking was easy and convenient. Everything is in walking distance. The only hiccup we had was stains on both comforters, but the front desk not only made sure we had clean bedding, they also gave us a $75 food credit. 10/10 recommend

The room was wonderful in appearance, very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was great. The only con I have is that when you walk into the lobby of the hotel, you get the stench of cigarettes from the smoking casino even though they try to mask it. But overall a great experience and a place we will return to.

Property looks fancy but once you get inside, it smells and looks quite dingy and dirty. I received a hefty discount from Expedia to stay here. I’d never return nor pay full price to stay in a room where there was hair on the floor and furniture. Toilet doesn’t work and the handle to the shower popped off in my hand. The only plus was location, within walking distance to the waterfalls and good restaurants.

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time here. There were some things we felt were lacking in the room, however. There was no microwave (I suspect that is intentional so that you spend money at the restaurants in the hotel/casino), there were no lights in the part of the room that has the coffee maker, ice bucket, etc. which made it difficult to see if you wanted to make coffee, the carpet was stained, and there was no information in the room about places to visit, local restaurants, attractions, etc. Once again, I'm sure they want you to spend your money at their restaurants, which we did for almost every meal, but this is a major tourist area, so having some brochures/pamphlets, etc. in the room would have been very helpful. The casino was great, except it was very difficult to locate the cocktail servers. They were few and far between, and I'm sure that is because management is trying to give out as few free drinks as possible.
