Love the facility and the staff were great. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no convenient stores around except for a gas station, but you can’t put that on the hotel.

Every thing about this property is amazing! Great location and absolutely beautiful! Great choice of restaurants! We stayed there to see Niagara Falls and the location is in actual walking distance!

I checked in over Labor Day weekend for my 30th birthday. I paid for a corner room and originally got lucky to have a view of the river, not the Canadian side just the river. Anyway, the room was terrible. Sheets felt like sandpaper, there were cigarette holes in the curtains. Curtains also weren’t on the track so they wouldn’t close properly. Last thing for this room, I ran the hot tub and the pipe busted and flooded my room and the room below me. They ended up moving me to a room with a view of the parking garage. This room though had clean sheets that didn’t feel like sandpaper. However, it was a downgrade since the view was worse, the curtains also weren’t on the track, not all the lights worked, and there was an exposed near the base of the curtains that had wires sticking out. No “do not disturb sign” anywhere to be found, but it wouldn’t have mattered since they didn’t touch my room until I checked out. OH, and the deadbolt did nothing in the second room. You could still open the door from the outside with it “locked”. Any request I made for compensation, credits, or anything to make up for this were denied by the property. They also took way too much money for the resort fee and couldn’t refund me until I checked out.

Excellent location to the falls. Very walkable. Free parking in a garage. Hotel was very nice & clean. Our room was on the 10th floor & we were able to watch & hear the fireworks every night.

A great place to stay if you want to see the falls. Easy to walk to, even to the Canadian side. The place is a tad "old" but still nice. What was great was that I accidentally left my credit card in the restaurant, and the next morning, when I realized this, I went down to the front desk, who directed me to security, which was able to look it up and sure enough I left it and it was turned in. They kept it in the safe overnight and I got my card back which was a huge relief of not having to replace my main card. That was awesome of the staff!

Good Value

The room was in great condition but hadn’t been swept well. The pillows were uncomfortable. But the couch was comfy. Very spacious. Loved the spa massages and healing waters room. Staff were bit friendly. Additional charges upon arrival even though I paid full amount online. Claimed them to be “fees”. Corner suite had an amazing view. Bear Claw donuts and Western Door totally worth it.

Our room was nice although the toilet was running non-stop and part of the drapes were uphooked. We called housekeeping and they fixed the drapes promptly. During check-out we were advised that we owed a resort fee and room fee which was not listed on expedia however, we were already charged $75.00 for taxes and fees when we booked the room. Expedia contacted the property and Seneca claimed they would not refund the money, stating it was a new way of billing.

The proximity to Niagara Falls, the room space, and the views outside our window were marvelous! We did not like walking into a smoky-smelling interior hotel, nor did we enjoy eating at the restaurant with this smell. Smoking should be banned outside only.
