This hotel should NOT be 7/10. I wonder if the reviews are fake. There is no elevator, the staff is not friendly, the breakfast is atrociously basic and mediocre, and the location is really shady. The bathroom had pink mildew stains, which shows it hasnt been properly cleaned in weeks. They gave us a room on the third floor but theres no elevator so we had to drag our stuff up the stairs. After check out, some dude stopped us and said he is the housekeeper. After i said "okay how can i help you", he extended his hand and said "give me tip" in his indian accent. Completely unacceptable. They advertised free parkign but all the spots were full when we arrived. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. With the price they charge, its daylight robbery

The property is in a decently good location with 15 min walk to the falls. Breakfast is good. The only issue is that there is no locker option available in the hotel. They did help us to keep our small bag in one of the vacated rooms as we didnot have much luggage.

Location was the best part. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful and we had good options for breakfast. The downsides were I found hair on 2 towels in our room as well as hair left all over the bathroom, the floor above us creaked the whole entire night and kept us up, and the person working the desk in the morning had YouTube playing on their phone at an insanely loud and annoying volume. So definitely not somewhere you want to stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet. It was a decent stay for just one night, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than that.

Room and inside of property is really nice. The restaurant was promoted as really good; but in my opinion it wasn’t as good as I was led to believe. Items seemed microwaved and not fresh. Area around is noisy and not easy to get in and out of parking lot.

We had an excellent stay! The staff and service were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The property condition and facilities were spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area around the property was equally impressive—safe, peaceful, and very walkable, with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking. We especially appreciated how quiet and safe the surroundings were, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was convenient and everything was within walking distance, including shopping and dining options. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-rounded and pleasant stay!

There is no elevator at this hotel. Staff are friendly. Not really walking distance to the falls. Keep in mind if you are walking across from U.S.A to Canada the bridge that gets you into Canada and you can see the falls but you still have a good walk to the horseshoe falls. Consider driving into Canada if that is an option for you.
