Our hot tub water was our only complaint as it took over and hour and a half to fill the tub and it also leaked water all over the floor from a bad faucet seal. Otherwise the room was impressive and romantic. The dining area and bar downstairs was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at The Giacomo. The staff was very welcoming, super friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk and enjoy Niagara Falls easily. The free breakfast was great as well. As for the property, a few updates are needed, ie, microwaves in the rooms, more lighting, and easier access to the viewing room. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.
