We stayed one night for our stop off at Niagra Falls. This is definitely a budget motel, but for the location and everything in the room worked, it was comfortable and quiet, I would recommend. One negative is they don't have ice. Overall it was definitely worth what we paid.

The big advantage staying at this property is the very short distance to walk to the falls. The Casino and other attractions are very close by as well. The amenities can be much better and I hope they pay attention to it.

Hotelier was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, had a comfortable bed, great heater and extra blanket, which I really appreciated. The motel is located a very short distance from the Falls and it was easy to walk there in a short time. Excellent value !

The property is old and has not been updated. It is in need or paint and repair to exterior and interior. This is a rundown old property. It did have hot water.

Previous reviews were 100% true. Staff was awesome and friendly. Location was great and rate reasonable. We were 15min walk to falls, 8min walk to casino and restaurants. We were able to walk and not move from our parking spot which was free. HOWEVER, the shower head was filthy so we did not use. Great for short stay. Any thing more than 2 days I would have had to complain.

The room was clean but rundown. Drape on window was falling off on one end. Paint in bathroom was peeling. We had to ask for towels every day of our 3 day stay. Bed was comfortable, location was convenient. Price through Expedia was lowest in Niagara Falls but you get what you pay for. Air conditioner was loud but it worked. Would not stay there again.
