The staff are nice and helpful, room is clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is pretty decent. Restaurant and shopping area are near the location.

The customers service was very friendly and informative. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean bathrooms were clean. The bedding was clean but faded. sheets and pillowcases should have been White in color not dull grey. This made the room look older than what it was and the bed was not so apealling To sleep in.

We stayed at the hotel during our visit to Niagra Falls. The hotel is in need of updating. The floor need replaced badly and makes it look dirty. Other than that, our room was clean (exception being the carpet) and the bed was comfortable.
