Poor Experience & Environment

Unfortunately my room was extremely dirty and outdated. Paint chipping, furniture broken, stained and molded corners of the room and shower and smelled strongly of chemicals. The noise and smell made sleep difficult and waking up, the window was blocked with a broken curtain, making any light entering the room impossible. I sadly would never stay or recommend this hotel for the price.

I was very disappointed in my stay. When I arrived, my toilet wasn't working and then my tv was not working. The beds are not very comfortable and low to the ground. The decor is nice but the detail of the hotel, which matters the most, like simply being kind to guests, was not given. The bell man was very unkind and spoke to me and my sister in a condescending manner.

The hotel has a very good location. As far the hotel, it can use some sprucing up. The carpeting in the hallway is to dark, and the lighting could be a little more brighter. The room was fair, with exception that I couldnt leave my curtain open. The only view you saw was other rooms on the other side of the building ( blding is in the shape of a "U"). The chair @ the table was ripped/ majorly torn on the side & when taking a shower, the water was backing up.

Would have liked to leave a 5 star review, however, once I got into my room I was met with immediate issues. My room did not have hot water. When I called the front desk, the rep advised to leave the water running for at least 15 mins, which was already the case as i attempted to shower and even after letting the water run, I had no luck. While giving it another try, i slightly leaned on the bathroom sink and it came off the wall. I called the front desk again to advise not only did my room continue to not have cold water, but the bathroom sink was coming off the wall posing a safety risk. When requesting a new room, I was given the excuse “we don’t have any rooms, we’re a little tight right now”. I had to pretty much restate the safety issue and what I received was a rep who sounded frustrated. I was cut off from explaining the need to change rooms with “just come down here and I’ll give you a new room”. I was given a new room and was able to continue my trip without further issues.
