When we checked in we had to wait 2 hours in a line that wrapped around the whole lobby. When we got to the front desk we were told that they only had availability for 2 nights and then the last night we would have the check out of the first room and check into a new room. So they had to make a whole new reservation that took even longer. We were told by the manager that we can come after 12 to switch rooms. After the 2 nights we went to go switch rooms at 12 but we were told that we would have to wait until 4 to check in even though we werent informed of that when we checked in for the first 2 nights. The first two nights we were in room 546 and the quality of the room was terrible. It is not what i paid for. I had to call room service 3 times for new bed sheets and blankets because they were dirty and they kept bringing dirty blankets. The shower was filling up everytime we showered so we could only take a 5 minute shower or else it would over flow. We called the front desk for someone to check it out. A person came but it was barely fixed. Then when we checked into the new room, you could tell the difference between both rooms. It was more cleaner and put together. But at 8 in the morning a security came telling us to wake up even though we didnt ask for a wake up call or person. Not only that they didnt even knock they just opened up the room with a key card. Fortunately we put the lock so they couldn't come in but if not they would have been able too.
