Location is excellent and area is very walkable. I did not like the Starbucks in the lobby, there hot food options were terrible. Staff was good, but check-in to me was awful because of so many people checking in.

Our room was filthy at check-in. Bathroom was full of hair and a sock in the middle of the room. The lights in the bathroom kept going in and out. The elevator situation is unbearable! So inefficient and takes forever. The “destination fee” is a massive scam and the credit just creates confusion and having to make lines. Awful!

Where do I begin? Should I start with the 45 minutes it took to check into the hotel because they were clearly understaffed? The line was almost to the front door. Or that they sent someone out to yell throughout the lobby, trying to get specific people out of the line? Or should I discuss the generators that are right outside our room (see pic) waking me up multiple times? Or the $10 bag of chips I purchased in the gift shop where conveniently there are no prices on anything? I get that this is not a five-star hotel but while the beds are quite comfortable, the bathroom is the size of a postage stamp and in deep need of a refurbish. Oh there is a microwave next to the elevator. Finally, shared the elevator with a guy who had been waiting 15 minutes for his elevator, who stated very clearly that he would never stay here again. Ditto.
