We booked this hotel for our work group many times as it is convenient location. My colleague found brown water with dirt and residuals from the tap water while she was showering this time. She took photos and informed the front desk during check out and seemed the staff did not care much and just said may be from maintenance work. We were disappointed.

They charged us for all these feeds when we left the room neat and a Smoking fee and we don’t smoke and we had a child with us they are scammers and should be removed from your site as reviews show I’m not the only one with this issue. I deserve all my money back for this scamming behavior

Pluses: really comfortable bed and pillows. Thick, absorbent towels. Nice tile and counter in the bathroom - all grout lines were clean. Perfect location. Every staff person i encountered was friendly and helpful. Large room, abundant windows with effective black out shades. Good sound proofing from street noise. Minuses: HVAC really loud and didn't heat the bathroom (an electric space heater was provided). Windows filthy on the outside. Sink drained slowly. Top drawer of dresser pulled right out and fell to the floor. It was perfectly adequate for our needs for 3 nights - the comfy beds (and earplugs that we brought with us) were the most important things for this visit.

Nice hotel great location!

I really liked that the location was close to time square. the subway was few blocks down. The hotel looks nice and the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was the elevator. We were on the 12th floor and even thought there were more elevators only one was operating and it was always full. Maybe during the busy season they open the other elevators.

Overall, I like this place and would stay again. It is so close to the subway and the rooms were big compared to most. My only issue is the water pressure was low and the last day the elevator was a wait as it was down to 1.

Room was very comfortable. Nice to be in. No room service. Elevators were terrible— only two elevators that got full quickly and could take 5 or more minutes of waiting time and then stopped on every floor. I had to leave 10 minutes early to make sure I could get down the elevators in time.

So, this was an interesting stay. Pros -close to everything -large room for NYC -quiet and dark for sleeping - cleaning staff very nice and lady at check out was nice. Cons -Staff was so rude, condescending, and snarky to everyone. Made fun of people who didn't speak English - It always looked dirty once out of the lobby with trash on the floor and in elevator. - Room wasn't ready at 5:30 pm so we got put into another room without requested fridge and had to throw out all of our food costing us a ton of money. - the room had two holes in the wall, a door to the bathroom that looked like something tried to chew through the bottom, a red stain that looked like blood on the pillow case, and someone's used tissue in the sheets when I got into bed. - No coffee makers, no water, no hand soap - Parking address on Expedia page not correct - charges are an extra $50 a night non refundable for amenities that don't exist. - 2 elevators for a ton of people. Waited some days for 30 minutes to get an elevator - They do not let you use the luggage cart without a bellhop doing it and then give you (and your son) an attitude and stare you down walking through the lobby if you don't have cash to tip right in that moment. - It was sad to save up to take my son somewhere nice as a single mom and waste so much money on a stay that didn't even compare to a local Quality Inn and have to pay hundreds in unexpected food costs. Won't stay here again.
