The google chromecast doesn't work. Waited for multiple people to try and connect it only to be told by the front desk at the end of the second day that it being ohased out and doesn't work in a majority of the rooms. Which would have been fine had i not waited for people to come and "fix it".

I was concerned about cleanliness given all the recent reviews about filthy rooms, but the room was plenty clean if a bit run down. I had a premier king, which was quite spacious by NYC standards. The two issues I had were the water never got hot in the bathroom and there were crazy lines to go up in the elevator and someone had to let us down in the service elevator because the down elevator was packed to the max each time it came. Shout out to Mariah (MOD?) on Saturday night. She was so helpful to everyone who needed anything. Girl Boss!
