The lobby area and bar restaurant was good. The rooms are extremely outdated and moldy. There is nowhere to get water or anything after 10pm, so the front desk suggested we DoorDash bottled water. Great location.

Room was clean. Bar lounge waitress (don’t know her name) but she was really friendly and was hustling on the floor by herself to take care of every one. Location is perfect because it’s close enough to main attractions but still seems quiet at night.

Great location — close to plenty of good restaurants, entertainment spots, and just a short walk to Central Park. The little coffee shop in the lobby is awesome — the bakery items and coffee are top-notch. The rooms are a bit dated, though. Some of the drawers weren’t secured and fell out when opened, and there was a small nail on the carpet that hurt my son’s foot (thankfully it wasn’t too bad). Overall, a good stay with a few things that could use improvement.
