Service made up for it

When we arrived for our stay, our original two bed room was not available. They did get us into a one king room for the evening, then we moved to a two bed the next day. Although it was an inconvenience, the service desk made up for it by waiving our resort/service fees and providing free breakfast and dinner with their sister hotel.

The property is in an excellent location. House keeping staff were lovely. Front desk was understaffed so a little challenging to get help with queries. Aircon unit was very noisy and no refreshment area in room.

No bathroom light and we didn’t have enough towels. There were 4 of us in a room and it felt very crowded. The beds were too close to the wall preventing amble walking space. The location is perfect though! Times Square and Central Park were just a few minutes walking!

Huge busy hotel in great location

This is a huge, busy hotel in a great location, between Times Square and Central Park. They seem to manage the crowds effectively and it works as a good home base, close to multiple subway lines, restaurants, and other amenities. It is not elegant by any means but nothing is unacceptable about the accommodations either.

The location was great. I liked that it was the more “quiet” part of manhattan. The entrance/ lobby and location of the hotel feels fancy with a low price tag compared to nearby hotels. Very fast and easy to checkin. Room was cleaned daily!

The location is the best thing about this hotel, so close to everything. The staff was fantastic as well, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is just FINE not great, not terrible. Our bathroom fan was not working (if there was one) and there was mold above the tub on the ceiling. The quality of things in the room were all only just ok, thin TP, useless shampoo and body wash, not soft sheets, flat, lame pillows. I would not stay here again unless it gets a renovation or update

Amazing housekeeper staff. So welcoming, polite and hard-working. The only down fall was I wanted to extend my stay for one more night but when I called the front desk to check availability, Staff member said there was NO availability, but online there was options to book.
