The room was outdated. The pictures on the website did NOT match the room, the bathroom was worse. Its no way I could/would take a shower. It was a mix of being poorly cleaned and dated which made the bathroom deplorable. However, the location was good and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel was fine, and our room was as we expected. I do have two comments: there was not adequate staff at front desk . there was a single person handling all check ins even though there were six places. Additionally, when I needed am additional room key on my second day the line for checkins was 15 or more long and once again only ONE person working. A second concern relates to the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a significant amount of MOLD around the tub.

Very old room. Needs MAJOR updating. Bed was comfortable however we had NO A/C. Management told us we needed to open our window. There was no coffee maker or refrigerator. We spent $1400 for the night in a very rundown outdated room. The housekeeping staff was nice, but the front desk needed a lot of customer service training. The restaurant and bar is closed and no breakfast. Location was good for minimal accommodations. The bellmen were top notch.

The rooms was nothing like their pictures show, missing doors with hinges left hanging, no refrigerator in the room and they say the rooms were quiet however I heard the elevator every time it moved and even heard the people on the streets below with me staying on the 32nd floor not to mention that you don’t have any control over the temperature in the room, it’s either hot or cold.
