My only complaint

Room was great! However, it was so hot in the room, it was literally hard to breathe. I changed the thermostat to cooler but apparently it was controlled from the hotel. I was told by management they turned it down but I honestly didn’t feel any difference.

I am researching properties next to my new office and will not be putting this hotel on the list. Just in my room alone, there is mold, no Toilet paper holder, dirty handprints on the wall, wallpaper and baseboards coming off, cracked bathroom vanity, etc. My co-worker had no hot water his first night. I have pictures if you'd like me to share. Sadly, the location is perfect, but the quality level of the hotel isn't up to par.

It's a decent hotel for the location if you are staying in the city for a couple of nights, but just don't look too closely at anything. Seriously in need of a deep cleaning and furnishings and floor upgrades.

Could not control room temperature

Could not control the temperature in the room. It was very hot. Had to turn off the heat in our room and open the windows to get it to 74 degrees. Everything else was fine. Great location. Older property but clean and spacious room. Every couple that I talked to in the elevator said the same thing. The rooms were extremely HOT!

Great location.

Perfect location. Right over Times Square. We got a corner room which made views of the city that much better. Elevators were fast. Room was big, for NYC. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Everything about the stay was amazing. Very nice woman at check in upgraded my boyfriend and I to an AMAZING room. The location- you can’t beat it. Right dead center Times Square?! You could literally see where the ball drops on new years right from our window. The heat/ AC didn’t work, but that was ok, we just popped open the window and it stayed the perfect temp. Will one million trillion percent stay here again
