Rooms are outdated and not so well kept (my tub had stains, towels are not the best) but the hotel totally makes up for it in terms of location and helpfulness of the staff. Great value for money!

The room was neglected! The excuse was that the housekeeping staff was too short to see at the top of the closet where my husband found what definitely appears to be a bloody wash cloth. Security and the floor manager came to assess but nothing wasn’t done but a cleaner being sent in to clean the closet. A move to another room was off but that’s it. I spoke with the manager Suyu not sure if that spelled right but. He gave me his card and said him and the manager of house keep will come speak with me and my husband the next morning. He never showed up literally! Not even for work. The hotel is out dated and the false advertisement of renovations is such a lie. I asked during check in to place us in a newer room she said what new room and the third party booking site is miss informing quest. The hotel is in the BEST location of Time Square but housekeeping needs to perform much better

The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, so they switch it to heat in the winter, so there is no way to turn the A/C on. The room stayed rather warm. I had to keep the windows open. The staff was nice. It is in an amazing location.

The rooms are small but the view and location is excellent. I gave it a low rating because me and my wife just flew in from California and needed a good night sleep. We went to our room to find out that the air conditioning was broken. I called the front desk to tell them they told me I needed to open the window to cool the room down because it was 80° in the room. so I opened the window which worked to cool the room down, but it made the room loud and kept us up all night because there were sirens that wouldn’t stop. We got a terrible nights sleep. If u sleep with a fan or want a cool room don’t stay here

Room was not as pictured. I chose a room with a corner view of time square and didn’t receive a room with a view of time square also room was outdated no mini fridge bathroom was in poor conditions. Overall disappointed with the quality of the room for the price it cost.

The staff was courteous and helped with certain issues I had with other booking platform. I don’t have anything to complain. Just one suggestion - It would be great if there are 1 or 2 water bottles kept in the rooms.

We upgraded our room to a city view and it was the same view. The hot water ran out and the room was dated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful they took some charges off the bill for the inconvenience. But the stay was good loved the location.
