The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly made my experience special was the hospitality. A big thank you to Johnathan and Chelsea for taking such great care of me. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and they made sure I was given a really nice room. From check-in to my stay, everything felt smooth and welcoming because of them. Clean room, but beware cleaning service gets VERY busy very early. 2-3 cleaning staff on the floors, and the hallways are very thin. The walls are also extremely thin!! I could hear our neighboring room opening bottles, zipping bags, all of it.
