Check in was quick; the person at the counter was friendly and informative. The room was very small, but adequate. Housekeeping came every day. Overall, everyone associated with the hotel was very efficient and friendly.

Major plus was how close you are to Time Square and to the subway. I would stay here again when the time comes. Only slight inconvenience would have to be the bed being to soft but that's a more of a personal preference I would say.
