Cute Boutique Hotel

The Kixby’s location was perfect for staying midtown. It was just outside the hustle of Times Square. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable. The bathroom was very small. A larger vanity area would have been nice. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy and not that soft. All in all it was a nice place to stay for 5 days for the economical price compared to other hotels in the area.

Love it! Great location.

What a perfect location and a great stay. Comfortable and clean and great view from the rooftop! The Empire State Building was lit up in spring colors and was so pretty. It was actually pretty quiet but with earplugs I slept like a baby. I feel like I always need earplugs in NYC so this is not a problem. Walkable to everything but the subway is so close too! This is a hidden gem.

We were happy with the accommodations here. There is water bar on the second floor where you can get carbonated flavored water and put it in the complimentary bottle they give you. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing with 3 shower heads. The burger bar downstairs is really good and the rooftop is great to relax on. The bar on the main floor is dark and cozy. Location is close to MSG and lots of other things. I felt safe here as well. I would definitely stay here again

The staff was welcoming and polite. I absolutely love the location- you can walk up, down, or over in either direction and you’ll find food and shopping. My one complaint is the temperature in the rooms. When the air conditioning unit fan was on, it would be very cold, but as soon as the fan cut off the room would get warm and stuffy. Wonderful experience otherwise.
