The rooms are small. The furnace was extremely noisy keeping us up. Our windows looked out on to a roof top. The location was excellent and cost was a fair price for room.

We had a wonderful stay at The Kixby Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and we were upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. Early check-in is available for a fee, which made our arrival smooth and convenient. The amenities were excellent, and the rooftop lounge offered stunning views of the city. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Hotel is an Easy Walk to Midtown & Upper Downtown Manhattan. Rooms were Comfortable and not too small. There's a Roof Bar called Look Up with a Great View of the Empire State Building. I live 1 Hour away in Connecticut, and I would stay here again.
