We enjoyed our stay! Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff were excellent! It seems like the staff all genuinely enjoy what they do. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great location next to Bryant Park and a subway stop. Very short walk to Broadway and Times Square. Quality stay through and through.

The check in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was a little tired and clean enough. Staff were well trained to be attentive and courteous. The only issue I had with the stay was the bicycle couriers all hanging out outside on the sidewalk next door. I'm surprised that the businesses on the block let them loiter there. My wife felt uncomfortable walking through the e bikes and people there. Hotel in great location . Would book the hotel again.

The hotel rooms could use some updating (stains on ceiling, bathroom door worn, no usb ports, etc) however the housekeeping service was excellent, location super convenient. Downside , lots of pot smokers hanging out outside entrance.

We had a really great stay. Miguel at the front desk was so kind and greeted us every morning, always making sure we were taken care of. The hotel was very clean, the service was great, and everyone was friendly. It’s kid-friendly and made our stay easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
