The staff at the front reception were very rude and disrespectful. The rooms were dirty. We found dead insects near the bed. We won't be returning.

Great location in the heart of broadbeach. Rooms were fitted and dated. Little offered in terms of amenities inside the room - not even any tissues? No towels available to use the pool that was advertised

Some general maintenance of apartment required. Lights not working. Sliding Doors not locking. Holes in roof. Spider webs in bath. Smelly apartment.

Thank you for your feedback we will forward to owner however we could not find any of the five doors not locking or any holes in roof ?. We tested all the lights maybe a 2 way switch for you was confusing.

They have anticipated every need and met it - from free parking to a day pass for all resort amenities even after checking out. Staff are very pleasant and approachable. They certainly understand the word hospitality.
