Happy overall. What really stood out was at checkout the staff gave us a key and we were able to leave our car parked in their car park and we had access to the pools, spa, sauna, toilets and showers for the day.

The staff were wonderful which is the sole reason I did not complain in person. - I found the expectations of the resort odd and out of place when paying this much for a room. Having to take out your own garbage and do your dishes to avoid a cleaning fee is insane to me. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were clearly very cheap & flat. As much as I tried (although I acknowledge I didn’t ask for assistance) the wifi would not work. It is very nice that you can get a day pass on the day you check out though.

Lovely apartment, clean and quiet. Lots of space. My only complaint is that new pillows are needed. They are flat and provide no neck support. In addition, there are as no paper towels or tissue in the unit. One roll of paper towels and a box of tissue would be very helpful!

Staff were excellent but rooms could use a bit of a deep clean. Water blast the balcony make sure the kitchen floor is mopped etc. Good location with a decent sauna.
