My stay was good. Housekeeping staff was friendly. The only negative was not having my room the night of check in due to a leak in the room. We were given a room with a King and couch, but the inconvenience of having to switch rooms the next day didn't start off my vacation on a good note. The night of check in, the front desk staff was very apologetic and said the manager would reach out. I didn't hear from the manager. The next day, a different front desk staff wasn't as courteous in my opinion. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are so many hotels inTimes Square that I will stay elsewhere next time.

Staff were helpful and attentive. The location for exploring New York was perfect, central and walking distance to everything. If you wanted to use the subway - stations we're located close by. Rooms were clean, no long wait for the lifts and the view from the 19th floor over Times Square was fantastic 👏

The location was perfect right at Times Square. It’s a decent hotel, but cannot say it’s a 4-star hotel. I paid a lot of money to not have breakfast included. Carpets look old and dirty.
