It was a good stay. All the staff were very helpful and kind. Especially, the housekeepers were especially helpful and kind. They suggested things that we might need based on the weather. We appreciated their assistance. When our flight was delayed all the staff stepped in to assist.

The hotel was perfect for our stay, the location was great, the Topview bus stops outside and taxis were easy to hail down. It was $80 in a taxi from JFK and took just over an hour in rush hour. The staff were absolutely lovely in both reception and the Bow tie bar. Very knowledgeable about the area, restaurants to try and places to go. The room we had was spotless, considering we were on level 4 with a private terrace, once the doors were closed you could not hear the outside hustle and bustle at all. The blackout blinds ensured that the billboards across the way did not interrupt your sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we will return soon.
