Great place, located opp train station and trams to everywhere...reception team were wonderful but the bar staff were rude, self involved and dismissive. Was a real let down as the hotel is fantastic.

My only complaint or comment is that breakfast doesn't open until 7am and for early morning travellers like me, it isn't possible to have breakfast B4 checkout. Maybe a small breakfast-to-go pack could be considered.

Had a great one night stay ,beautiful clean hotel with exceptional staff ,truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in ,the bed and pillows were more comfortable than the ones we have at home lol ,the fittings and artwork throughout the hotel were first class ,only one thing I would say is $50 car park fee is a little high but great access in and out When ever we have a night out in the city next ,I won’t go anywhere else Can’t wait for the footy to start because in virtually opposite marvel stadium Cheers .
