An absolute amazing and memorable trip made perfect by The Dominick Hotel. Everything about the hotel was sensational, from the location, cleanliness and facilities to its staff and unparalleled views from the hotel rooms. hotel was nice....but on a very loud traffic corner especially at night. had a room with a sitting room so had good space but the hotel rooms are a bit dated. also had trouble getting hot water for shower.

Absolutely terrible experience. When I checked out of The Dominick, they tried to charge me an absurd amount, which was more than the actual room cost. Thankfully, my credit card declined the charge. I went back to the front desk to find out why, and they falsely accused me of marijuana smoking, even though I don’t smoke and never did in the room. What’s worse is that they claimed the smoking fee was a different amount than they charged me so the charge doesn’t even make sense—it’s an outright lie. The receptionist said they would resolve it and that only the destination fee would be charged. I thought the issue was settled. Then at 2 AM the next night, they tried to charge me the same $666 again. This is not just bad service—this is shady, predatory behavior. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Be careful with your credit card info and watch out for hidden or false charges.

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Impeccable servise. Recent elevator upgrade was a disaster. Unbearibly long waits, cars skip floors randomly. Major nuisance.

This is a fantastic hotel and very very luxurious. It was so easy to get around SOHO, Washington Square, Broadway, the Villages. Highly recommend!
