1st time staying in a Hostel. This was FLAWLESS! So quiet, clean. The staff is wonderful I barely know there are other travelers in my room. Bed pod has fan, small light and plugs for charging devices. Small lounge and kitchen is nice. Great location. I don't have a single negative criticism about this place. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!

There was no check in. My flight was delayed 8 hours and then canceled due to weather in NYC. I attempted to contact hotel for cancelation and refund but the phone number was not in service 212-203-9675. Travelocity was also unable to help me.

I highly recommend this hostel not because it’s very good affordable price but also the location, how clean this hostel is, and I love how friendly staffs are, and how convenient this location is and safety! I stayed here for 10 days in semi private room, the room is very clean and generous space and bed is excellent. Very modern and with curtains down you have completely private space and big!!!! I give this hostel 10/10! I will come back to stay!! *This is hostel, so the sound proof is not 100% especially during the sleeping hours (10pm-8am) *one incident was one early morning at 4:30am the next door 2 women had early checked out and dropping their luggage’s on the ground and slamming the door in and out and talking so loudly in the common area even other guests came out and told them please keep voice down, they continue their voices up for another 45 mins till they left.
