Paid more to be on a higher floor to avoid the noise of NYC traffic. Come to find out there’s a club on the 15th floor open to 4am. Even with being on the 17th floor, we had a difficult time falling asleep with the music thumping all night.

Overall, a great location—very walkable to bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was comfortable and met expectations. Parking was miserable, but that’s pretty typical for New York, so not entirely surprising. Would stay again for the convenience of the location.

Room was nice and view was great! Staff were very friendly and the drinks at the bar, Purple on the 15th floor are spectacular. It's about a 20 second walk to Katz's so that's a win right there! The price was about right for that part of the city and I'm very likely to stay there again the next time I'm in town.

View was of interior courtyard, could see neighbors windows and vice versa. Mini fridge didn’t work and even though the “resort fee” included $10 per day from the mini fridge, they had 1 can of Diet Coke, behind 1 can of regular coke but there was no way of getting that out without removing the coke can, which would trigger an automatic charge. Also, the hotel has a VERY active nightclub on the roof and lots of people going up and down the elevators to the club in the evening when we stayed there. Pretty inconvenient, trying to get an elevator to our room, having to fight for space with club goers
