Terrible hotel if you want to actually sleep.

The worst hotel experience I have had in years. Paid for an upgraded high floor room and was met with 2 straight nights of the room shaking from a club on the floor above us. Literally music from 6pm-4am that shook our room. Paid a high price for a terrible experience. Would have asked the front desk to switch rooms but they were extremely unpleasant and rude starting at check-in. Could not warn you about this hotel enough.

Aggressively mediocre hotel - it was pretty run down and whether it was actually dirty or not it looked dirty. The bar is really loud so definitely ask about where it is in relation to your room. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

i have never felt so “at home” and welcomed at a hotel before! the staff was so nice and friendly and everyone was ready to support in any way possible. the hair dryer and iron didn’t work but i find that to be quite common and wasn’t a huge issue.

Too noisy even for Manhattan

The hotel is nice and clean but it is so noisy! I have been travelling to Manhattan multiple times/year for 30+ years. I don't mind the noise of the city - actually it makes me feel at home - but this hotel is ridiculously noisy. People seem to be partying on the adjacent street all night and the soundproofing in the hotel or windows is poor. I will not stay here again.

Comfortable room, great hotel.

Very clean, comfortable room. It was larger than I expected. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for me.

The hotel needs some "tarting" up around the edges. Fundamentals are good and the staff is excellent. Some rugs in need of repair, door latches are loose, etc.
