Room was busted. Staff was rude.ac didn't work so the room felt wet. mold in cracks of shower. Overall just an unpleasant stay. Good area and great view from roof ( though id forgo the view to have a comfortable room) otherwise trash

Getting there was easy but the man at the front desk kept trying to upgrade us and would get an attitude whenever we asked a question. Once in the room the floors were dirty, the wall looked like they needed a little touch up, and the room was lacking in aesthetic all around.

The room was clean and decent. I was under the impression I booked a queen bed, but it looked like a full, no big deal. I would recommend putting a long mirror in the room for people that are sharing the room, and so we can look at our outfits, do our makeup, etc. I noticed the towels were placed under the sink which looked rusty in some areas. I suggest putting the towels on a tray or installing a towel rack. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would not mind returning. The legendary Katz and Russ & Daughters are steps away.
