The lobby was inviting and the staff professional and pleasant. The view from our room was fantastic, looking east toward Brooklyn and the Williamsburg bridge. Convenient subway shops a close walk as well as Chinatown. The Purple club is popular on the weekend, but that didn't affect our stay.

Beware of the club on the 14th and 15th floor. It was very loud past 3:00 am on weekend nights.

The room was clean, but certainly well-worn with chipped paint in allot of places, and wires stripped and exposed on one of the lamps. Bathroom was definitely the best part of the room and was perfectly clean and comfortable. The views were fantastic and even though we were above the pool/rooftop club, we were high enough for the noise to not be too much of an issue. Service was definitely lacking from some (not all) of the staff. I know things get busy, but it’s frustrating when half of the staff acts like they couldn’t care less about helping.

It’s a standard hotel. Some issues with the room like the sink was plugged and there was no trash bin and very basic fixtures. It’s crazy to pay 4-500 dollars a night for this but it’s New York.

I’ve stayed at the Indigo Hotel many times over the past years, but the quality and service have noticeably declined. Customer service is now met with attitude rather than hospitality. Unfortunately, I won’t be booking my stays here anymore.
