This property is great for safe, secure, partying! We enjoyed the ability to walk to great restaurants, grab coffee and bagels in the am, and uber to other hot spots around the city. The staff and security is awesome as well! Great place if you are looking to visit the area.

Great location-good room!

It is the second time we choose to say here. The location if fabulous, especially if you want to explore the lower side of Manhattan. The staff is super friendly, attentive and ready to assist you. The rooms are spacious enough and the windows provide a nice outside view. Compare to other rooms, bathrooms are nice too!

The property was very nice and a wonderful location with plenty of options to eat in shop definitely for an adventurous type though not for a wanting to stay in a very non-greedy area but by greedy I mean in the best sense it is New York so you want a little bit

This place is LOUD. I mean paper thin doors so you hear everything in the hallway. Glass windows that let all street noise in... which is entertaining at 4am when Mr Purple closes and everyone shuffles on to the street. But don't worry, the police have a standard patrol so a few siren woops and it is quite by 5:30am again.

We loved staying here with our two kids to visit their sister who lives in the lower East side. Close to everything and in a lively neighborhood and the ablility to be dropped off in front worked well. We also loved the queen beds which most NYC rooms have doubles, hardwood floors and nice windows. also the bathroom was large with many looks and storage areas. The staff was very nice and friendly. And the lounge/bar/patio on the 15th floor is amazing. Almost 360 views and great coffee light breakfast in the morning and fabulous cocktails in the evening. Though it is a legit club on Saturday night so we didn't go there or maybe weren't even allowed! Definitely will be back!

This was a great place to stay! Loved the area and it was very accessible to subways and cool stores nearby in SoHo. Will be staying here again when I visit NYC again!
