Our first impression of the hotel was Jeff, the bellman. He genuinely went above and beyond to provide the most excellent service. He immediately made arrangements for our bags to be delivered, and then made sure all the transportation after our stay was booked. We had a seamless check in even though we were early and only expecting to drop our bags. Every person we encountered at the hotel was accommodating and kind. Our room, on the fourth floor, was quiet and incredibly clean. The hotel is within walking distance of many major sites, but also just far enough away from the chaos of times square. There is a lot of great food, and entertainment, within walking distance. I wpikd highly recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and spacious but horribly located as it was super noisy and almost impossible to sleep until we bought earplugs. Our room was street side and directly above the subway station. The first night we were woken up by NYC garbage trucks directly underneath our window which kept beeping and moving garbage for what seemed like an eternity. Then there was the very loud rumbling of the subway station and the train every few minutes. I know this is not the fault of the hotel, but customers should be warned about this before being placed in those rooms on street side. I liked the hotel and staff but not sure I'd stay here again due to noise.
