Room was great size and very close to theater district. The only minor setback we had was the elevators at certain times of day took a long time to board. Besides that the gym was nice and the shower water was HOT when needed to be.

The staff was incredibly rude when checking into the hotel which took an unusually long time. The gentleman checking us in was not warm, welcoming or friendly and managed to charge the resort fee to my card three times saying there was an error. Finally my bank declined the charge when he tried again but we put it on my partners card. So now I have to work through getting it refunded which I'm sure will be difficult. Not impressed at all with the staff.

The hotel is very pretty and situated in a perfect location! Giving it an ok because the shower went from cold to very hot off and on and the larger shower head didn’t work at all. Called the front desk they said someone would be up to fix it and never came. The breakfast was very basic as well. The room was tiny but I guess that’s expected in The City

This property was fair. Rooms were clean and adequate. Our family stayed there in two rooms and met 4 other family members in the only space available to meet—an area with lots of empty tables and chairs outside the snack bar. (The lobby is very small and seating uncomfortable.) Not all of us could tolerate their mediocre coffee so some had coffee from an outside vender. Though there were lots of empty tables on a Fri. at 7:30am, the manager told us to move outside in the 39° weather. We weren’t bothering other guests since there were no others in there and had paid almost $5,000 for our rooms, we just wanted to visit with family. Even after we bought some coffee and croissants, we were told we were setting a bad example by having cups with a different brand. We would not return here due to the lack of friendly attitude to guests, lack of space and seating.

Excellent staff and location. Room has minifridge and safe but does not have a wardrobe only a set of shelfs and cloth hangers. Bathroom nice and clean with shower but separated from the room by a glass rolling door only (not really sound and odor-proof). Excellent buffet breakfast with huge variety of hot and cold food including cold cuts and even smoked salmon very efficiently organized, accommodating huge number of guests without almost no waiting time. Deli/bar at lobby level with good selection of food and drinks even at late night.
