Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn- Times Square South was excellent! Every staff member we encountered- from the front office desk to the cleaning staff- were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful and the rooms nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in New York City.

My daughters and I were very happy with the room. We were really happy that we were able to check in early so we could freshen up before going to our first Broadway show at 2. The staff was very pleasant and even when busy with the chaos of checkout-they were attentive to everyone.

Everything was great here, except the room cleaning. I am very used to going out all day and by the time I get to my room its clean. That did not happen here , we would come back from walking all day , than at like 5 or 7 they would come in to clean . Obviously by than I would say no room service because I was too tired to step out Nd I don’t wanna be in the room when they clean . That was the only thing I did not like , everything else was great .
