Check-in and check-out were efficient and the staff with polite and professional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was adequate water pressure and hot water for showers, the towels were large and thick. The price was very reasonable. There were a Starbucks and a Shake Shack within easy walking distance for coffee and a quick bite. The local corner store was not all that good in terms of food and snacks sold.

Stayed for the Gov ball music festival and was perfect for me and my boyfriend to stay, especially since we planned to be out doing things all day and just needed a place to sleep and shower. Warning do not run the shower very hot for a bit because I made the fire alarm go off because I turned it on to prepare for my shower and then I went to the bathroom. That was my fault, but aye atleast we know the fire alarms work well!! The only thing was that we didn’t get to go to the rooftop bar once in our 4 night stay :/ They closed down early or it just wasn’t open. The times online are different, so make sure with a staff member. Was a very convenient location! A few minutes walk to grand central.

In general all was very good. Employees are very kind and always helping. All days clean the room, made the bed and replace the towel. Rooms are very small and dont have refrigerators and microwaves.

Good but never again!

Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself left much to be desired. While it was clean, it was not well-maintained. The shower had visible mold, the showerhead leaked and sprayed in multiple directions, and the sink also had a slow leak. The bathroom setup was awkward and lacked privacy. The entire bathroom wall was glass with only the middle portion frosted, and the sliding bathroom door was made of the same frosted glass offering virtually no privacy at all. The bed was okay but very firm not particularly comfortable. The hallway outside the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and during a night of heavy rain, we noticed a large leak in the hallway, which was concerning and clearly not a new issue. Housekeeping was the most frustrating part of the stay. Despite telling the maid multiple times that we wouldn’t be leaving until later in the afternoon, she knocked on our door every 30 minutes starting at 9:00 a.m. every single morning. She was so persistent that we gave up and left the room by 10:30 a.m. each day, just to avoid the constant interruptions. Overall, the hotel was fine for the price and location, and again the front desk staff was truly exceptional. But due to the poor room maintenance, bathroom design, hallway leak, and relentless housekeeping, we would likely stay elsewhere if visiting this area again.
